Sophie Howe -New Labour -was campaigning outside Iceland in Whitchurch on Sat and told me 'It is a police matter' & she had 'rung the police several times about the problem,' so in the 7/8 years she has been a councillor in Whitchurch she couldn't do a thing about it!
