Health Tips via The Lone Voice February 26th, 2007 at 21:06

Been meaning to post this one for some time.Q: I’ve heard that cardiovascular exercise can prolong life; is this true? A: Your heart is only good for so many beats, and that’s it… Don’t waste them on exercise. Everything wears out eventually. Speeding up your heart will not make you live longer; that’s like saying you can extend the life of your car by driving it faster. Want to live longer? Take a nap.Q: Should I cut down on meat and eat more fruits and vegetables? A: You must grasp logistical efficiencies. What does a cow eat? Hay and corn. And what are these? Vegetables. So a steak is nothing more than an efficient mechanism of delivering vegetables to your system. Need grain? Eat chicken. Beef is also a good source of field grass (green leafy vegetable). And a pork...

Ash has changed in the house, i think last night she saw what she WAS and did not like it. I hope she says how she is now - she comes accross as a very intelligent, strong & independent woman, and i like it! Why should Ash win? In her time in the house, Aisleyne has been called a bitch, slag, fucking slut, wigga, dick, cow, moose, wannabe black girl, hoochie mama, ghetto ho, hood rat, ugly, hideous, vile, revolting, fake, arselicker, drowned rat, easy, and the most evil woman in the entire world (thanks, Lea). I’ve just finished my first full week at work for the summer – and I am so tired!! But I’m loving the work. Always things to do and learning some thing new all the time. I downloaded Microsoft Office 2007 Beta 2 yesterday and I really like it. I did have Media Player 11 but I had to uninstall it cause I didn’t like it! But the Office 2007 is really cool. The best bit is the bar – Had a viewing for a house today (don’t ask about the other house, lets just say it fell throw). It was tiny the one I looked at. Got another viewing tomorrow after work, so fingers crossed! Big Brother I stand by my early comment, they are all cunts. THE 4-VARIABLE BUFFY PERSONALITY TEST via Dlogs April 17th, 2006 at 23:56

From Jo. Faith 54% amorality, 54% passion, 36% spirituality, 27% selflessness Faith is a powerhouse, and you might be, too. Passion-driven, down-to-earth, and willing to do what it takes to get things done and have a good time doing them, she is tough and sexy. Now, this test didn’t rate your sexiness, but with these kinds of traits, that’s probably true as well. You rate as one of the most dynamic characters of the Buffy universe. Congratulations! If you enjoyed this test, I would love the feedback! The Top 10 Sexiest Movie Scenes Ever Sexual tension, spanking and kisses galore. This is the stuff of sexy movie scenes. Not my list, I'm just the messenger. I'm gutted because I thought 'Confessions of a Window Cleaner' would have been in there somewhere. Have these people no taste? The sexiest moment in film, according to a recent survey is the spanking scene in the movie "Secretary" when Lee, played by Maggie Gyllenhaal, is paddled (didn't know it was about boating??) by her boss, played by James Spader. In second place is that kiss between Jack (Jake Gyllenhaal) and Ennis (Heath Ledger) in "Brokeback Mountain." Don't shoot me I'm just the messenger! Check out the top 10 sexiest moments in film: 1.
